I just wanted to add my voice to those who are reaching out and encouraging you.
I understand that feeling you're experiencing. The comparing. The aching. The struggling. The knowing that it really isn't fair.
Ugh, do I get that feeling of unfair, so cripplingly unfair. I hear you. You aren't alone. Is there something you can busy yourself with until you can get in to see one of your providers? I think that was some good advice.
When I'm really feeling bad--like it sounds you are--I have a coloring book I do with colored pencils. Just to help pass the time. Or I binge-watch a series on Netflix. The 100 is addictive--it was good for me even when I couldn't get dressed for weeks. When I literally could not string sentences together to form a paragraph.
One other thing...do you know you can exchange text messages with a live person who has been trained to help when we're down, and that the response is in real time and practically immediate? Yup. Just text "Hope" to 741741.
I will be thinking of you today. I know you can get through this. Just try one minute at a time.
Hugs!

You are not your illness. You have an individual story to tell. A name, a history, a personality. Staying yourself is part of the battle.
