Yes, I can absolutely relate to that. I think this whole thing grown up from the actul thing - the shaming/bullying. I've just since opened my eyes. And thank you. Yes, realised I tend to do those when I am cought up in a wide storm of daydreams for example I have a set of songs I can sing along with and such distractions. But yes, I will try to be more aware of these - try new ones, using them conciously.
