But I have this problem too.

And I don't like being this way either.

Every time I pop off at something I instantly feel bad about it. But, as you wrote, it happens in an instant. So it seems it's almost impossible to control. I meditate & do yoga & stuff & that all helps. But when push comes to shove, as the saying goes, I can still come unglued in the proverbial blink of an eye... It's frustrating.
