I don't know when your semesters start/finish. If you're not moving until July, that's 6 months and there's no guarantee that you'll be "established" in a new school by then? That would trigger the 6 month rule and confuse heck out of getting more/paying back or not, etc.?

I would see if whatever school you want to go to in Miami has any online/distance ed classes and get enrolled in school and taking at least one class with/without the aid for Spring, online, so you can get back into full time and aid when you need to and will know the ropes, etc.
