Hey, I'm on you're side. Anti-depressants more often than not spark hellfire in those with BP. There's quite a bit of research on it being really risky to go on one if you have BP, so its pretty questionable if your pdoc hasn't really been monitoring it closely.

I've had a pdoc like yours and I'm not sorry for switching to a new one, i just wish I had done it sooner. So cuz of that I'd really recommend switching docs. Sounds like they don't take you seriously and that's not okay.

Also, I totally support you and it's not your fault for being in the position you're in, antidepressants, like I've said before, in bipolar should be monitored VERY closely.
