to me ((not at all trained in anything medical)), it looks like...what's it called..."rational polypharmacy," I think is the going term (?). 4+ drugs, but each one serves a purpose and the combined effect gets the job done.

I guess when you have multiple drugs in the mix, blood levels can become more of an issue. My only concern (speaking as someone who took wellbutrin until recently...) would be the wellbutrin blood levels, because of the seizure risk. But ssri+wellbutrin is a common strategy, so that's probably just me being a lil bit paranoid.
