My daughter has diagnosis of MDD, Bipolar 2 and Anxiety. No ADHD and she's on 3 meds. Tegratol, Serzone and Desipramine. Her PDoc was very thorough in explaining why he added the Desipramine. The Serzone at max dosage wasn't doing a lot for her depression, so he added the Desipramine. She seems to be resistant to SSRIs.
