Me too!Actually,time and space to find my own wellness at my own pace,exactly how I would describe it, cos every time I was ill in the past,I was made to rush recovery and get straight into helping and slaving for my narcs,no time to rest and recuperate and ease myself back into things at my own pace and in my own time.It was you are not ill you are lazy get back to it!Now the narcs,a so called mother and a so called sister,are out of my life the feelings of freedom are amazing and so much peace and peacefulness.I need to find ways to fill my time,there is lots I want to do,but it is a case of adjusting to my own space and time,haven't focused on myself for decades!
