Zyprexa is a good antipsychotic but it's certainly not the only one. You need to let her know what's going on with you because it's a painful situation for you and it's not likely to get better by itself. The side effects of an antipsychotic may be less likely to damage you than is paranoia. Can you ask for an effective dose of Abilify or Seroquel? There's no point to taking Zyprexa at a dose that doesn't treat your symptoms.
