If it's too får for the commute to be feasible, I'd decline. How long a commute are you willing to tolerate?

Regarding experience, I agree with Demunie that it's still worthwhile if you've less experience than they ask for. If it's really a deal breaker, you'd just not be hired, but often people do accept less years of experience.
