I'm with Gus call the police. I had not lived away from home until i got married. Fast forward a few years and my husband left me and my son. I moved back home for s month because he kicked us out of our apartment.

Anyway the only place I could afford was not in a nice area and like you the neighbors fought or would have their music on very loud. Scared the h&ll out of me. Remember I had never lived on my own much less with a special needs child. The manager said to call if I had any problems and I did at night and he was the one who ended up calling the cops. The people finely got taken to jail at some point and told not to come back but the only place I could afford was that one bedroom place.

I did move back home for a few more months then found another place to live once I got restitution. I think I moved out of my parents home way to fast the first time. The second time we moves out I was able to get a bigger place still not in a good area but oh well
