Hi Marylin, perhaps it would be helpful for you to remind yourself that so MANY people around the world have and are experiencing the type of life circumstances as the ones you've alluded to above - absolutely no 'curse' necessary for this to be present in one's life...

It does not sound like this individual you interacted with was operating from a place of wisdom and heightened awareness within... Far from it - and the seeking money from you and relaying distressing claims was a tell-tale sign of this...

I strongly concur with your recent post highlighting that you simply need to cease feeding conscious energy to these mental thought-forms that have been holding you back and have not been serving your best/highest interests... Time to let go of the 'old' and push yourself into new territory/waters.
