Today was very stressful. Phone wouldn't charge properly, called Verizon, they did a phone reset and promised my contact info wouldn't be lost. Well, guess what? Everything was lost! My Cloud backup was defective. I was on the phone for hours. Fortunately, I have some of my important contacts written down, and I spent time adding them into my phone. I still have a long way to go. I'm so drained...and angry.
