Oh sweetie, it is SUCH a relief to hear you realize you're needing some help right now! I know it can be so hard to ask sometimes (I struggle with that too.). Recognizing is huge. It is ok to let others help. You help others and others help you. Gotta have that complete circle. Half a circle doesn't work so well.

You are NOT a lost cause!!!!! You've just hit some bumpy road. It happens. It's ok. Not your fault. Not a weakness. You will come back around. It's hard to see in the moment, but reaching out highlights your knowing this, the cyclical nature. Your phoenix is already beginning to rise, simply in that moment of recognition.
