Sunday/night I expected to see 2 of my grandkids that Ihvnt see in ydears (sorry type, pain, muscle spasm are bad0 that didn't turn out and Icried all way home, got lost, and it was midnight... cound't get to phsycial therapy Monday too difficult (though ineed it more)

Monday nigt had to go to meeting to resign... and had mother in emergency room at the time. went back after poortng foot in mouth at meeting afor mother... got home after all her needs, at 1 am

pain fatugre toomuch pain body spasms are bad doikng all i can without pain meds.. trhying not to cry does that help?
