I'm on both Latuda and Trintellix. They are both working well for me. I normally cycle through depression in April. This year, I have had none. It's the first year I've been on Trintellix. I was on Wellbutrin for many years before and had many break through depressions while on it. It didn't seem like it was effective anymore and before that I had tried most of the other old ones. I felt like Trintellix was working 2 weeks after I started taking it. I take 20mg.
