It doesn't sound good to me. You do him, but he doesn't please you means he is a selfish lover and using you. Keeping you a secret doesn't mean anything good either. I wouldn't bother confronting the other girl, your problem is with him. It doesn't matter that he says he loves you, he doesn't act like he loves you. Dump him hard is my advice. He may return begging and change his selfish tune or you will be rid of a guy who does nothing for you.
