Some people are very mood-sensitive to the weather.
It's similar to "Seasonal Affective" types of sensitivities, except the mood changes much more rapidly and is affected the first day of a weather change.
One of my friends suffers from such an extreme mood and weather sensitivity. She gets hypomanic on the very first sunny day, just as she becomes irritable and depressed on the first gray, rainy day.
Have you discussed this with your pdoc?
If your moods are changing too often or too drastically, your pdoc might try helping you in stabilizing your mood.
