No and no. don't even hint at it during the hiring process.
If you have a spotty work history or gaps, come up with a good but undetailed explanation for it in case they ask- such as, I was out the work force for a while dealing with some family obligations (or Something like that).

I wouldn't mention the bp after getting the job either, but that's me... I would imagine that the type of job would make a big difference there.
Anyway- best of luck with the interviewing. I hope you get the job!
