Just completed Day 5 of the challenge. Woop woop! The focus today was on HIIT and lower body. It was shorter than the previous 4 challenge days but still made me sweat big time. I know it took me 6 days total to complete the 5 day challenge, but I am still proud of myself. I will definitely do this challenge in the future. The next couple of days will probably be lighter on workouts in order to recover properly from this intense challenge.
