I did check out the site and actually printed it to pdf and emailed it to myself in case I needed it. It has some pretty good stuff on it.

My boss never showed up to work yesterday, so other than the fact that I'm sick, it was a good day.

I think this weekend I'm going to make a version of it myself that includes things that I think will work for me and then keep a copy of it at work.
