You skipped school & exam today.....but I would suggest that you don't make a habit of doing this. It's over with this time & if it's a one time thing, teachers can be understanding with a reasonable excuse. The thing is that education is valubale & if you skip once, then again, it becomes easier to blow off each time you do it....until you can really mess up you education.

It takes a lot to get incontrol of yourself & your depression, but it's something that has to be done now or it will be something you regret even more later on in life.

Just something to think about....but don't let it depress you either,
