I am a chain smoker and I am starting a new job as a caretaker where I am not allowed to smoke. I don't know how I'm going to handle this. My pdoc is out until the 18th and my plan was to get nicotine patches but I need a rx to get it under my insurance. Otherwise it's $27 which is more than half a carton of cigarettes. What on earth do I do? How do I make it four hours without smoking? After two hours I am dying for a cigarette. Help!
