Happy Friday!! I'm off today and it is beautiful and sunny here. [emoji41]

My youngest and I are going to find some Chinese for lunch and run a few errands. I'm cooking the Easter meal here for my family. We were supposed to go, as usual, to my moms and have it tomorrow, but my grand baby seems to be about to make her appearance into the real world.

I invited my mom and brother to come here and celebrate Easter with us but she didn't think that would be a good idea. My brother and husband don't see eye to eye at all. Of course, my mom's main concern is for her "baby" so they are not coming. Which is fine, I guess, it just hurts me and makes me internally angry.

Oh well. It is what it is. I'm going to enjoy my family and look forward to seeing my grand daughter when she does get here. They are calling me Yaya. I like that. It feels like it fits me. [emoji41]
