Rant: I'm in trouble at work for having a high hold rate. Transfers count against hold time and that's where most of it is from. I HATE STATS!!! Just let me do my job without judging me on every tiny thing. I've said it before an I'll say it again just cuz something can be measured doesn't mean it should be. I am so stressed right now and i shouldn't be. Rant over.
