I feel for you, Art. This project you're on sounds miserable. My stats were usually not good; I'd have really high call times, but it balanced out with amazing QA scores and customer satisfaction scores. I don't know that it's helpful advice, but just continue to do the best you can, and hopefully your management team will get off your back once they realize you're doing a good job.
