Probably a little bit of both. I know that I've slept a lot this week. I worked out on the beach Wednesday and yesterday I walked 4 miles I believe. So I know that I'm tired because of that, but the school year cannot end soon enough.
I want to ask T tomorrow about increasing my appointments from once every 2 weeks to once a week. Could couchies assure me that it's normal to temporarily increase frequency of visits? I know I need once a week, but am terrified to ask.
