Is there some way you can buy certain food and not other? Healthy stuff? Binge eating "carrots" won't do a lot of damage, LOL or grapes, I've eaten ALL the grapes in the world and that just convinces one that one doesn't want to do that again LOL.
Don't buy the "bad" stuff or only a certain amount? Go slow instead of all-or-nothing and it's easier? I like certain good foods, eat a banana and an apple a day, no matter what. Get into that kind of habits and it will be harder to binge because you'll already be full? I don't like discomfort.
