I don't think cutting tools and "accidents" happen. There's a planning involved and, unless one is drugged or drunk, etc. there's not a whole lot of uncontrolled accidents that are going to happen. Accidents happen when one is not paying attention and I refuse to believe that people deliberately cutting aren't paying too much attention?
