There are specific mods for each forum. They are listed at the bottom on each "homepage" for the topic.
For example, in the Bipolar threads page, listed down at the bottom under "Moderators" are; FooZe, Turtleboy, TheWell, Lavender., CANDC as moderators.
Contact the relevant mods in the section that you posted in, and they should be able to assist.
