For those of you who have never experienced this, it's excruciating pain in the heel - a really nasty sharp stabbing pain. I was Dx with it on Thurs, when I was starting to have trouble walking.

Cure is extra strength Advil 2 tabs x 3 times daily and icing 6 times a day.

It's a major problem as I can't stand putting any weight on it, but I can't take any more time off work. Fortunately I don't have to work, today and tomorrow.

The Dr. I saw said if it didn't clear up in 6 days to go to my GP and get a referral for physiotherapy. Really hope it doesn't come to that.
