I am glad you posted this. This has happened to me recently three times. I was not dreaming though. My husband has mentioned that when it happens I start shaking real bad in my sleep. Turned out I was having seizures. I am glad I am not alone. If you were dreaming I bet your brain wires got crissed crossed. I would still talk to a doc because there are sleep disorders and stuff that cause this.
