Worked hard for good sleep hygiene. I do sometimes take the herb valerian. It's mild. One key is to stop drinking coffee by the afternoon. I listen to guided meditations from YouTube. Michael Sealy is the best. Last night was listening with earphones and feel asleep in the middle of a guided meditation. Hot baths. Daily prayers when in bed with the lights out. Wear ear plugs and eye mask if street light is bothering me. Watch something soothing on YouTube. I don't have television. Journal. Keep temperature comfortable. Also...wake up very early...between 4 and 5 am.
