No Way............can any of us define "love". There are infinate ways to love. People even talk about "loving" a certain type of heel on a shoe or color of paint. You get the point.

It's probably safe to assume that we're talking about romantic feelings here. It might be helpful when discussing feelings t's have for us and us for them if we differentiate "love" as each of us has a different interpretation. Perhaps saying t's don't have romantic feelings for us instead of t's don't love us might help.
