Um, I just stopped Seroquel xr cold turkey from a high dose (4x what it was previously).

(1) severe nausea
(2) almost vomited
(3) cold sweats
(4) dizzy
(5) lack of coordination
(6) panic attack
(7) insomnia

I had to go back on it

Edit: all of these symptoms started on the 3rd day of me being off it
