I work hard to maintain good sleep hygiene. I take my meds the same time every night. And I'm in bed when I take them. I no longer take the med specifically for sleep but the other does make me a little drowsy. No electronics once I'm in bed. No cell phone or tablet. I need the background noise from tv, so that stays on (with the sleep timer set) and I just few the other direction. It's just a matter of keeping the routine for me. Oh and no caffeine after 5pm. 7 at the latest, but that's rare.
Edit..plus I finally got a new bed and that made a hell of a difference
