Quitting takes practice. I "quit" about a hundred times before I really got the hang of it. I haven't had a cigarette in 25 years.

For me, I never allow myself to think that I've quit for good. I'm a smoking addict and always will be. I could go right back to it any time, probably much like you did.

My point is, learn from the experience of relapsing and try quitting again. If you relapse again, learn from it and try again. Lather rinse repeat until you win.
