This diet is similar to the Weston A. Price (WAPs) diet. The both center around whole and traditional foods. Lots of fermented foods for probiotics. It encourages animal fats and proteins as well as gelatin and broth. It is pretty mush grain free, but allows them if they have been sprouted fist. I have had a lot of luck with this diet.
Yesterday I had a fried egg with sauerkraut. A salad with avocado, tomato, turkey, bacon (no dressing). Dinner I made paleo chicken curry with vegetables. For a snack I munched on once cup of mixed fruit throughout the day.
He is to getting back to a size 4 from size 8.
