I don't know where you are shopping, but none of the online shopping places I go to have anything of the sort.

I know that you are probably shopping in an area where your are used to shopping & know that that must be a horrible trigger.....I understand triggers in other ways dealing with elderly abuse & ID theft issues.

Sometimes we have to change the things we are doing to protect ourselves from those triggers....even if that means shoping in a different place or maybe making some huge changes in our life style to protect ourselves from those triggers that will continue to be there in that area. Unfortunately, markets exist & that isn't something we can control because of others. The only thing we can change is us.....sometimes that means taking ourselves out of those surroundings.

I hope you can take some time out & calm yourself down & do some things that will help you escape from those triggered thoughts. Then take your life on a different path that won't take you back to those triggers.
