Yes, it does sound like good work, and why not do it here if this feels like a better place to do it? PC works better for me and I no longer even feel one-down here more than half the time!!
T's weren't safe for me to do anger work with, maybe your current T isn't either? Took FOREVER for me realize that though, that it was them, not me.
