I think the reason for having to have a certain number of symptoms is because forcexampke not sleeping by itself can be caused my a million things
impulsivity with say shopping by itself happens to ppl all over the world without bipolar etc. people cause damage to themselves in so many ways even when not bipolar
for me it's the feeling the energy the separate disorder you can almost touch who is running the show at the time when I can say yes that was an episode
