Oh, ditto!!!! Having to do things... left overs from childhood! Nobody, but NOBODY tells me what to do! Yet, I find myself having to modify that thought quite often to telling myself, "you can't do that because...". Also, needing to depend on others for some things can be extremely frustrating! A lot of the trapped feeling comes from that, too.
