im on it right now. its supposed to cure pms, pmdd, acne, weight gain etc etc... but i had none of those to begin with. so it gave them to me. never had cramps ever. now i get them all the time. i got acne, i gained weight. it sucks. but my condition is pcos which is supposed to be helped by birth control but its not. so it might have a totally different effect on you.
