Pastel how long have you been on it? If it is only a short time I would give it more time. It's ok to ask for different med if it's unbearable. Is it helping enough to be worth the side effects? For me the my weight on severity of side effects vs helpfulness was how I determined continuing or cancelling the med. I hope the side effects pass shortly and you are able to enjoy significant relief.
