I know they say dont do this, but I figure its a marketing ploy...i would buy the big 27-28 gram patch and cut it in half or thirds depending on the level I'm at. It saved on the cost.

When I used patches years ago...a carton cost about $29.00. One of the reason I quit is the cost. It was $2.50 when I started..swore I would guit at 3...then 4...then 5...

I started vaping and reduced my nic level that way because everything else didn't work.
