Hi All

Just a question? I have been taking Lamictal for over a year now. Slowly its gone up to 300mg at night.

Number of months of go I was starting to get jerks at night. Now I am having sleep paralysis and it scaring the *hit out of me. I have read its more or less nothing to worry about medically. But that's ok until your in the middle of it. I am having this happen every night or even if I have a nap. its not allowing me to get any sleep routine and I feel tired all day. I have tried going to bed at same time, getting up at same time. But I am now physically exhausted.

Just wondering has anyone experienced this whilst taking Lamictal. I have been telling my pdoc for months but all they do is put meds up. This is not helping.
