I can definitely understand where you are coming from. I'm 22 and I moved back in with my brothers and parents after school. It's not the most ideal situation but I'm happy where I am. I believe that the when you are studying, it causes your anxiety and nervous system to kick on. Being with your parents, it's almost like a calming mechanism for you. Subconsciously you know that your parents will keep you safe no matter what. So when you get nervous or upset, your body makes you want to be around your parents and your conscious mind interprets that as missing them.

My best solution that I can think of for this would be to maybe study in the same room as them. Maybe not while the tv is on to distract you but maybe that can help.
