Yesterday I didn't do an actual workout, but I did manage around 12k steps total.

Today I took a 20 minute walk outdoors and also did Day 3 of the 5 day challenge for busy people. This workout focused on HIIT and abs. It was definitely harder than Day 2 and I got a better sweat from it, but Day 1 has still been the hardest of this challenge.
