Sounds like you need physical support/care. Don't worry about whether your decision was right or wrong, at the time it was right for you as you required time to think it through. You can change your mind, phone your GP tell them what made you anxious and ask for help/support.

It can be hard to face things we do not want in life. Keep posting and take care of yourself. Hugs.
