thank you both for your replies, i will be talking to couselor tonight through our Employee Assistance Program and hopefully she can suggest some things, a letter sounds good too. like i said she is picks on one person, makes them so miserable that they either quit or manage to get out of her dept. i seem to be her next target and with anxiety issues it doesn't help.

i will take to H/R but i am not sure how much they can do. Even her higher up will stand by her unfortnately.
